Meet Dr. Sef, ND

Dr. Sef Tritt spent years in dance and personal training before earning her doctorate at Bastyr, and co-founded Body For Keeps, a small-group training studio. Her work centers on hormone optimization, metabolic health and healthy aging, always starting with labs and building a protocol around what they show.
Dr. Sef practices alongside Francienne Grantsaris, a double board-certified nurse practitioner, IFM-certified in functional medicine and trained in peptide therapy. Together they lead FG’s medical rejuvenation and functional medicine care.

A naturopathic doctor (ND) completes a four-year doctoral program in medicine with a focus on root-cause and whole-person care. Dr. Sef trained at Bastyr University and has practiced integrative medicine for over ten years.
Yes. We don’t start hormone therapy without a current lab panel. If you have recent results from another provider, bring them to your consultation and we’ll tell you what else is needed.
Yes, when your labs and history support it. Your plan may also include nutrition, lifestyle changes or peptides, depending on what your results show.
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is prepared from a small sample of your own blood, concentrated, and used in treatment. Dr. Sef will explain whether PRP or another regenerative option fits your goals during your visit.
Yes. Hormone care, regenerative injections and PRP rejuvenation at FG are for women and men.
Comprehensive labs are $349 and your initial visit with Dr. Sef is $200. During launch, you also get 20% off supplements she recommends.
